App is having issues with pushing new collections. Their support chat button does not work. Their onboarding team cancels their meetings at the last min. I am paying a good amount of money for an app that seems to be hardly functioning and has no support.

Been using Depict for about a month and loving how easy it is to set automated rules and pins for collection merchandising. This is going to save us tons of hours next year in merchandising. And for the cost...it's a no-brainer.

La aplicación se ve muy bien, sin embargo no hay ningún tipo de soporte. Por lo que no pude implementarla, porque hay cosas que no pude hacer. Una lastima porque de tener soporte sería increible.
