App works well for custom registration forms where you need confirmation steps, document uploads, and email confirmations. It also syncs well with Shopify admin for all customer data including tags, tax collection, and more. I have been using this app for years, and never had an issue.

Their customer support is phenomenal. They went above and beyond with an issue with my theme. Very highly recommended.

extremely clunky, not user friendly

Jakin's support was top notch. I'm in the US and his timing was in line with my working hours so that was super helpful. He suggested code edits and even performed them for me when I couldn't get the results I needed. Highly suggest this app and Helium support.
