Amazing customer support and really nice app

The Customily team is pretty amazing. I am new to this platform and their first session in 2026 has been a great help in preparing to launch for Mother's Day.

App has a bit of a learning curve, but support has been really helpful getting launched, especially Florencia Diaz! I lucked out in the live chat with her as my agent cause she made everything super clear and even set up a few steps so I could see how everything should be connected. Tried it for 2 weeks, wasted a lot of time. Hard to learn, clunky at best. Pus 20 minutes to render a file, does not work if you are doing 20 + orders per day.

Updating review as the support has been very helpful in resolving issues found during setup. The app is a really great concept and the products look great.
