I had so far a very negative experience. First of all, it is way more expensive than you initially think it is. You need to pay for the Self-Service add-on. A very poor onboarding, oh wait what onboarding , they just leave you there alone trying to figure out things, a lot of bugs, and customer service is horrible, been waiting all day to be able to speak to someone to address my issues. a very bad app overoall to be avoided at all costs.
