I REALLY LIKE THE FEATURES AND APP INTERFACE, ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. 5 STAR FROM MY SIDE

Extremely hard to install. Reached out via email 5 times for the last 3 days. Team is not helpful at all.

Same as others, app stopped working and my days worth of COD order cancelled and no reponse from the support email. SAD, was a happy customer for over a year.

Terrible support, app has not been working for 10 days and no response yet. EDIT: Got in touch with a support person on the 10th day, but 3 days later and still no movement because they don't understand how shopify or collaborator access works. Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star.

Their customer support is worse than pathetic. I've been waiting for a response for 4 days, despite multiple follow-ups. Absolutely disappointing service!

App doesn't even load and so can't install in my shop. No option available to contact support.
