Chizy: AI Chatbot & AI Agents

I have probably tested 10 AI chatbots, and by far this one's the best for our business. I like the ability to add common customer questions so the AI can answer as many as possible. It's actually done a very good job of pulling information from our website and from the information we already have out there. We would like to see them add Facebook and Instagram.

The branding customization is great, you can add your logo and image to the chat widget so it actually feels like your store. I also like the pre-set suggested questions for common inquiries, and the WhatsApp and email buttons are right there for when customers need a real person — huge deal for the Brazilian market.
