Not only is their entire software extremely buggy and hasn’t improved after repeated service tickets with customer conversations disappearing, they also ignore you as soon as you want to cancel and will bill your credit card anyway. I had to contact my credit card company and report fraud to stop the charges. Really disappointing. Just use Klaviyo, their Whatsapp solution is much better. UPDATE: …
