This app is good for certain specific goals. The only thing I am still searching for a solution for is blocking people/bots from trying to run fraudulent carts scanning for valid credit card numbers. I have been told this is next to impossible. It can block their purchase but not them continuing to try.

Funny how a fraud blocker is fraudulently posting advertising they have a free plan. THEY DO NOT.

the support team claimed that they were able to block visitors despite shopify still logging the visits, while after switching to a different app the visitors were gone completely.

You actually get support to help walk you thru the set up. I am in Canada and did not have to get up in the middle of the night to try to get support. Can't give a 5 star review for the app in general, because i have only used it a few days. Would have liked to see explanations of what each of the block options does. Our Shopify store was being scraped from other countries & bots. Blocky was easy to install and I'm so grateful to be able to exclude this illegitimate countries.
