Bad Customer

Seems to be working great. It would be nice if I could define custom attribute & value for blocklist or at least we had a phone number block list alongside email blocklist. I would like to block customer by email as well as phone number.

Would be a great app if you could search emails or addresses after you input them. Our list is long and it's a pain to have to look through the whole thing to find one customer to see why they are blocked. Please add a search feature! Thanks for adding the feature so fast!

Exactly what I needed: I add a customer's email or address in the black list and I get notified by email when the customer makes an order! Great!

I used this app to help stop repeat offenders from being able to make purchases, loaded all the information required (address and zip) for every previous chargeback customer and in the 12 days it has been installed we have had 3 orders come in from previous chargeback customers go through without being tagged. Would be a good app if it actually blocked bad customers. All it does is email an alert which is easy to miss prior to processing the order.

I have downloaded this app twice and it still won't load. it gets to a blank screen and then nothing after that

the block list I thought would block people from actually ordering but it doesn't. it just adds them to a list to show the orders placed by the flagged clients.
