I've loved the convenience of this app for a few years, but I think it may have become abandonware now :( I've been trying to get in contact with support regarding a change from Shopify that seems to have broken this app's shipping calculations for some addresses and not others, but they haven't replied. Hi AMP. Been trying to get hold of support via email for weeks now. The Chat is turned off in the app and I don't know how else to get in touch with you. The support for your app was great when Laura was with you, but not sure what is going on now. Please contact us so i can get some help with changing our shipping rates

This is an OK app. It's certainly better than manually processing postage, but it's soooo clunky. It's just full of needless clicking to do basic things and waiting for screens to load and refresh. - Updating product sizing is needlessly complicated with minimal tools for bulk operations, and these sizes don't sync with the main Shopify DB or vice versa - The download Labels button is white, w…
