Great support, but technically not yet mature enough for professional auctions. We have been using this app for almost two years now. I tested it in the beginning, but at that time I already felt that it was not sufficiently developed and that many workflows were simply too inconvenient. I still kept the subscription active because I generally like to support good apps and developers, and I hoped…

Needed help getting it working right away do to the complexity of our store, but a few messages back and forth and its all working. Will test the app out further and update the review if anything changes.
