Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We have been with Attentive for SMS for nearly 2 years and couldn't recommend them enough whether you are looking to launch an SMS channel or optimise your existing one. The support is excellent, and having regular catch ups with our CSM is really helpful (especially as a team of one!). The platform is also very easy to use.

We launched SMS with Attentive in June 2022 and have enjoyed growing our SMS offering as the platform has also developed and improved over the years. The CSM team are very supportive and have helped us optimise and grow our programme. Their support team, Whiteglove is also amazing, they reply promptly and with great technical understanding! We migrated from Klaviyo for our emails in Aug 25 (been sending SMS since start of 2025) and we find the platform to be super intuitive and easy to use. Nearly 6 months into using Attentive and really happy with the service so far, it's not been without a few hiccups, but the team have been incredibly helpful and quick to rectify! Already seeing a huge improvement from our previous SMS provider, so very excited to see how we grow with them.
