We have just installed this app and could not be happier with the results. We did have to contact the support to make sure it was working because the installation was that easy we were not sure it worked. Support was online within seconds and double checked everything for us. They were quick and very knowledgeable. I think this was a great decision.

Great tech support! I had problems adding a tiered discount based on a dynamic collection, contacted their tech support and they quickly resolved my problem (I configured my dynamic collection incorrectly). The app lacks flexibility for more advanced promotions. For example, if you want to run an either-or promotion where only the best discount applies instead of stacking multiple promos, the app is unable to support this.

The app is amazing with everything I have needed in sales and then some I am still learning exists. The best part about the app is the customer service. They are quick and I feel readily available 24/7 I thought it was AI at first, but I think it's a real person. haha
