Monimo: Product reviews app

Worst customer service for an app that I have experienced in all of my time on shopify. On average you wait at least a week for anything to be actioned, most my messages are either left on read, or take weeks to reply. Reviews don't display properly, if you have a 4.5 star product, it will always show as 5 full stars and not 4 and 1/2 stars, so it looks dodgy having all 5 star products showing. T…

Great app! had to contact support to figure it out on my store and explain exactly how I wanted everything displayed. Emma was very helpful and made sure it looked exactly like how I wanted it. Ther reviews are very easy to get from AliExpress and you can edit anything on them. Thanks Emma!!!!
