Advanced Collections

This app does what no other app can do and allow you to use a variety of helpful conditions to create dynamic collections. What was particularly useful to us is the ability to exclude products where Price is lower than Compare at Price (i.e., the item is on sale) to build collections used by discounts. The app goes to sleep for weeks rather than sorting the collections daily and their support does not reply in days. Looking elsewhere for a solution.

Good app, but customer vanishing. Very very bad

Although this has been a great app in the past — the support has gone downhill recently. Not sure why or what's happened. Our most recent support request took 8 days before we got an email response. The problem still seems to persist. All the collections set up with Advanced Collections have the SYNC button greyed out — has been like that for days. They are supposedly queued for syncing. This app is now running really slow - taking over a week for some collections to sync and no reply from support. A shame when it was previously a good app which worked well for us.

this app is must use to organize our collections since we have a lot of products. plus, their support is always spot on and very helpful.

We have a large Shopify store and this app just takes ages and ages to even load. Waiting for an hour+ just for the app to load is obviously a deal breaker. We quickly uninstalled the app.
