Very solid team that helped us through implementation, customized the product to work with our business model. The worked to tailor a solution we could afford as well. Support is very good; team is incredibly responsive and diligent about solving issues that arise and keeps us posted on progress.
Workmate helped bridge the gaps that native Shopify lacks for our necessary day to day operations.
