THere are no instructions how to use the app, I tried chat no reply. I sync d the files now what? Need help

Installed the app, went to the manage tab, and it showed zero products. Only shows 3 of my collections and they're anciently old ones that I haven't used in several years. Couldn't get it to load any current content.
