It's super cool, very easy to set up. The order notifications and fulfilment informations are received in seconds into customer whatsapp. The dashboard is very much user friendly. We have taken the US $2.99 package, noticed that additional message charges are approximately INR 1.69 per message.
Works as described. The support team helped me with integration.
After several days, it was finally repaired, the result is good, you can receive a text message immediately after completing the order But the link of the order status page is too long, I hope it can be forwarded with a short connection
We loved that we could connect our own Whatsapp number and customize messaging templates to deliver a better customer experience! Super recommend - easy to use and great customer service!
