Had trouble adding a CSV feed, since it required a custom login solution. Rahul did a great job by building a custom link, and responded quickly to my emails.

They make a lot of promises, but they folded up like an accordion on the execution of my feed syncs. Poor communication is another big issue. Be prepared to wait hours and even days for a response.
