Excellent customer service! Any questions or concerns I've ever had have been addressed promptly and courteously. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!
So far so good! Both Dev and Customer support are very responsive, one promptly implementing a UX enhancement, the other taking the time to clearly explain an aspect of the workflow. App seems well thought out and full featured. Looking forward to using it to check tickets for our event.
This product is a game changer and has made the hosting of my webinar a streamlined and user-friendly experience. I wish that I have known about it much earlier. I am encouraged to do more live events.
The customer service is amazing: quick, informative, polite, and extremely helpful. Would recommend.
