Scammers. For one, they allow to bulk request reviews from the customers. Don't mention no limit of anything but when I uploaded the list, they only send out 50 reviews. For two, they supposedly "offer" a free trial but you won't be able to get a free trial until you schedule a call with them. Disappointed with customer support. They promise a lot, but then after you've paid the yearly fee, they don't deliver. Would not recommend this service. Also I don't find the user interface very intuitive.

They have no understanding for what is required for eccomerce and reviews. Before we signed up, we had a few questions as we required certain services. They said they could do all of them.
