Great software for shipping
Great team — super transparent! Ely and the team are honest, informative, and proactive. They help brainstorm successful launches into new marketplaces and walk us through each step, ensuring that not even a single task is left unresolved.
SKUPREME is filled with bugs and is likely defrauding you. STAY AWAY! You do not want software that you have to babysit daily for mistakes and fraudulent charges. UPDATE: SKUPREME has attempted to get me to take down this review, or they will not send the reimbursement money that they stole from me by overcharging up to 5x for shipping labels. Skupreme does a great job at processing our orders. We are using it as an OMS and its working well. The best part about working with them is the support. They respond immediately and are invested in making it work.
Skupreme service is unmatched. We have been working with them to get launched on TikTok Shop and they have made the process a breeze. Their team is always at the ready to troubleshoot any issues via Slack, which makes them even easier to work with. Our representative Bel deserves her own shoutout for her dedication to brand.
