App is good but seeing gateway timed out 504 errors. Most of pages in my collections are not loading any products.

I decided to uninstall this app because I noticed my website was loading slow, and as soon as I uninstall it, my collection's pages stopped loading, I have no idea what to do to fix it!

Great app and service. I requested some custom things and this was done without any problems. Don't hesitate, these people know how it's done!
