Shopify Counter

Why does it take orders away from my counter at random and also when I refund an item in an order it discounts the order I'm not refunding the whole order just 1 item. doesn't make sense. I hate it.

Terrible. Has worked fine in the past (even though it randomly spazzes out and cycles through every number in every reel from time to time). Two days ago it just stopped reporting numbers, then it cycled through all the numbers repeatedly and was blank slots in each position. Unplugged and plugged in, still does nothing. Please bring back custom date ranges! My viewers are always asking how many orders I got during a big product launch. I used to be able to select a custom range, and the feature was removed. Also, your "Get Support" button doesn't work, so I have to communicate this via review.
