just installed it today. so far so good. That 1 star review is really dragging down this app. It's a good app. And the support is good.

0 stars!!! Upon install of the app, text does not go through at all to anyone. tried testing several people without the txt being delivered. emailed support 10 days ago without a response. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I needed to port my phone number over from Wix, which was not a simple undertaking, but Shopdigits was helpful and supportive during this process. They spelled out the steps and timeline, and it was exactly as they described. I now have my phone number with Shopdigits on Shopify and am very happy.

I was having high hope about this app but somehow I can hear the person that I call but they cannot hear me. Same when they call me I cannot hear them. I emailed three times but only with one reply asking what version of the app I was using and it the app I just install from the app store. I'm surprise to see a low amount of review on this app since is an amazing app to use I been using this service app for almost a year and never had a problem with the service. I definitely recommend this app specially if you looking to have a business phone number different than your personal number.

Excellent customer service that is very responsive to questions. App is easy to use and works as expected. Very nice feature that allows you to see customer order history when they call. Would highly recommend this app.
