ScanPick ‑ Order Scanning

App-developer doesnt respond on mails. They keep debt me when i dont use the app. I have problems to uninstall it and they do not answer.

Edit: - downtime can be often and the app can be buggy. Sadly we are not always informed when app updates take place. This app has helped us to add security and peace of mind when picking ensuring the correct items are picked for the correct orders. We had an issue with picking in multiple locations but fulfilling orders from one location and Jesse has helped us out tremendously by implementing a solid fix for this. 100% recommended. Jesse helped me with a custom template that we needed to scale our sample system, the entire process took only a week and a half. I am more than blown away by the skills displayed here, very professional and personable at the same time. These kind of requests normally don't get looked at until months later, amazing would be an understatement.

So far I have only used picking module of this app. It's really easy and fast to use. Customer service could be faster. I recommended still. ++++
