Our app has been offline for a week. I have sent 4 messages for help and there is no response!

App has been offline for 5 days and no response from the team when we send a support message!

The app although simple to look at is backed with everything you need for Quoting. Anand and the support team has been extremely helpful in answering our queries and requests as they have promised to deliver on some key updates for the App.

I researched all of the quote capability apps on Shopify and this one fit our needs the best. It is the MOST customizable overall especially for the emails that send to customers. You can customize so much of the copy and language to make it your own. There's also a new feature where you can turn on an automatic quote for abandoned carts that I plan on using soon. Great feature. I had a few issues…

I was looking quite a while for a user friendly app that would remove all checkout options and allow for a request for quote submissions instead. This app not only does everything I required of, it is reasonably priced, and the support is very competent and quick to help. They did some custom things for free and within a business day. Definitely recommend!

Der Support dieser App ist exzellent - schnell und klar und deutlich. Wünsche werden postwendend umgesetzt. Daumen hoch! Einzig alleine das Layout der Quote könnte verbessert werden und sich in einem schöneren Gewand zeigen. Womöglich kann man das aber auch noch anpassen (lassen).

The support staff is excellent. They responded in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue. The app is reliable and customizable to your needs. I am very happy with this quote system.
