This app was recommended to us by a partner who has been using it with great results. Since we started using it, I’ve found it to be reliable and effective. Serial number was a must and useful to us as it is part of our backend system. The support provided by the app's team is great. They are responsive, helpful, and quick to get back to me.

Setting up was relatively easy and the app works well so far. The application does not look at all like the images proposed, it is a shame... The interface is crude (both for the configuration and for the final client) and the support pretends not to understand. Really disappointed because the promise was beautiful.
