Pickupp: On‑Demand Delivery

The App is really helpful in automatically creating delivery orders directly from within Shopify. It saves us a lot of time in the fulfilment process. The app support could be better from a technical point of view, so that we could integrate more details from our orders such as delivery date and time . Overall very satisfied with the integration and the service as well.

Good integration to have and it saves time re-entering the customer details and address. It also auto-fulfills and notifies customer on the tracking details. However you need to be careful to check the fulfillment location as Pickupp sometimes selects the wrong location. Overall still satisfied and would continue using it.

This company's service is unreliable. the courier service does not come on time and will not pick up their phones to answer. And when you cancel the the order for pick up they charge you 50% fee when no service was rendered.
