Worst 3PL ever. Before working with them, Cassiel quoted me 5.54USD for the shipping to France as it is the special shipping line for sensitive products. Once I topped up and started receiving orders, the price went up to 13.44USD with no reason. So this is a 134% augmentation in 27 days. And when I point that to Cassiel, she tells me... "price may vary because of the fuel" I obviously unders…
