I have had this app since 2021. I was able to figure out where to paste the code that needs to be pasted for this app. Since shopify has upgraded to version 2.0 they have changed places for the code. fantastic app - really apprecaite what this app does for free. We will look into the paid options to see other features - but we have used this for a number of years and it is rock solid

Zero support. The app wasn't working and I opened a ticket with Neon for help and they never responded. Uninstalled.

The data is not correct. It is not fetching the right data. Can we please get on a call with the team??

Easy to use, had to ask for help to finish the coding but they did it super quick. Would defo recommend.

I had an issue where the theme I was using was deleting the snippet which in turn caused the app to not function properly. The team at Neon worked with me and the issue was resolved quickly. I would definitely recommend.
