MultiPrice: Custom POS Pricing

We love the MultiPrice app! Easy to use, super responsive support, and perfect for managing different POS and online prices. Highly recommended! I’m trying to set up special pricing for different customer groups (VIPs, wholesalers, loyal members). I just want each customer to see the right price for them.

Very easy to use, haven't experienced any issues with setting up custom pricing by sales channel. I raised a couple of questions regarding implementation - got prompt & comprehensive responses from the founder himself.

Testing on our dev store. installed app and was up and running 10 minutes. Emailed support some questions specific to our store and bulk updates. Minh responding promptly with help and explanations why the app works the way it does, even made an over night update so its more end user friendly. Early days but looking forward to removing duplicate SKUs from our inventory.

Emailed the company twice on 2 occasions over the last 3 days - still waiting on a response to a query regarding the app - not a good start and seriously considering cancelling the app if the response is this poor
