Really happy with this one. Setup took maybe 5 minutes and I didn't need to read any documentation to figure it out. It covers the basics you actually need for automating customer service in an online store, nothing more, nothing less. When I did have a question, the team got back to me quickly over email. Good value for a lean operation.

Very bad app! I paid the the Startup plan, they billed me 180$ but still place me at the free plan for whole year. I have no option to cancell the subscription. I asked for refund and cancel the subscription. No reply, This September they are going to bill me another 180$.
