This app does not perform as advertised. It does not handle any tax calculation or VAT deduction. It forces us to manually disable Shopify’s built-in “charge tax” setting, which already removes VAT at checkout. The only function it provides is a tax exemption declaration form. Excellent service, and it works perfectly. I tried 5 different apps, and this one was the best priced and also the only one that actually did what I needed it to.
