Just downloaded the app using the free trial. I began to use the tutorial video to install the app, you are supposed to enable 2 Metastock apps on your theme. My theme only showed the one app. When I contacted support asking for guidance, they responded that they "didn't have time to build customization on the app" and they suggested I "uninstall the app before I got charged". Excellent support. We are very happy with this app.
App is great when working, customer service needs major approving. App isn't currently working correctly and have been trying to contact them for over a week without any response, pretty poor form.

Not only is this app amazing, the developers went wayyyyyy out of their way to make it fit my template. They even wrote some custom code to make the styling match my theme. I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve it! Thank you for an amazing product.
