I have downloaded the app, but when I go on my website it's not showing up. I need urgent help

Automated messages do not pop up at all... after chat, when customer close the chat, the screen freezes, can not continue browsing not even refresh. This app is awesome means all the features are embedded in just a one app.It's user as well as customer friendly .We can send our attachment,having emoticons . Love it

I tried different chat apps. Some too pricey to upgrade since we don't use chat that often. The premium version was the best value. Customer service was great!

Terrible app, i’m asking for support but nobody answers me it’s a shame! I have so many questions to ask and i opened a live chat where someone is answering to only one question i really don’t understand since it’s a LIVECHAT APP!!!
