I have wasted my 10 days on this app. seriously there onboarding team is ridiculous. I have install the app and faced some issue in KYC process. For that I have raised a ticket. And shared my all the detailS. And it's bean 10 days and i have kept on receiving message that "our onboarding team will connect you shortly". And yet they have not connected me. And simply they are westing my 30 days free…
WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER SEEN. I reached out to the support team multiple times, but did not receive any response. It feels like once you install the app, customer support becomes nonexistent. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.
