I love this product. I had trial other inventory systems but they took forever to set up, forever to do a production run and almost impossible to reverse something wrong. Do not recommend this software. The site duplicates everything and doesn't sync with shopify correctly, makes double the work.

I have been using inventora for 18 months (or so). I want to love it. The interface works with my brain; it's clean and it makes sense to me. BUT it's laggy (both the website and support). There's no clear-cut way to sync between Inventora and Shopify without TONS of duplicating work, and the lagginess means this. takes. forever. I really wanted to like this app but there are so many bugs that it is making it extremely frustrating to use properly. There is absolutely no customer service that will correct or help you fix the problems. If I could give it zero stars I would.

It's great for inventory management, but there are lots of bugs. Attaching it to Shopify meant that I oversell my products during flash sales drops. Overall, very buggy, but I love that it's easier to use than Craftybase. Just wish there weren't so many bugs.
