L’IA a globalement une réponse à toutes les questions : elle s’alimente automatiquement des contenus de votre site et vous pouvez aussi la guider. iAdvize has allowed me to deload my customer service team with the majority of website conversations with customers. Monitoring the conversations, iAdvize does an amazing job answering technical and detailed questions that our customers ask and has a very strong conversion rate which makes the service fee a drop in the bucket.
