UPDATE: this app is unusable. Sadly it's no longer working with shopify, with shipstation, do not add to your shop. Used to work so great! no longer integrates with shipstation for return labels, weeks and weeks of no support after multiple outreach attempts.
I like the product, but whoever runs it stopped responding to support requests, the email function broke about 6 months ago and 0 responses, not sure what happened.
Great app. Very helpful to bring more customers. Highly Recommended to all business owners. Get it free app now.
