If you only want to import products from Amazon this seems to work fine. Syncing prices or informations of products already in your shopify store is not possible though. I contacted support to figure out if there is any way to sync existing products and explained my problem several times, but they did not understand and stopped replying entirely after a few messages.
SCAM SERVICE! Auto-sync has never worked even though I've been paying the $19/month plan and customer service takes weeks to respond and when they do, they respond with only one question at a time, resulting in months of back and forth until they completely stop responding, and as soon as you think they've gotten the gist of your issue, you're forced to respond in a new chat and when they finally …
