Great app, very easy to setup and brilliant for preventing customer service tickets

The product is intuitive, reliable, and fits seamlessly into our workflow.
It allow customers to edit orders own their own , which not only improves their experience but will also reduces the number of support tickets receive. Not yet used but will give details feedback after using it.
