I am a new owner of an online store. Inspite of multiple attempts I have not received any response from madengine/supplier. Can someone advice what I should do? i tried messaging through the App portal, e-mails marvel-app@madengine.com, contact@madengine.com, linkedin. I placed draft orders 10 days ago. Update 8/28/25: I had to come back to my original and update it due to the lack of notification. With no warning, 90-95% of the Marvel shirts I sold were no longer available to sell. The only way I found out was a customer ordered a shirt that is no longer carried. I shouldn't have to come and periodically check one by one on what is still carried. The idea is there but the execution is not. I have an order that’s aging a week and I’ve sent out multiple emails to support with no reply’s. Seems as if all the SKUs from my website to theirs were changed causing an issue with my order being processed. *Update* Support replied and acknowledged the delays are issues with orders updating. It sounds promising that these issue will be fixed going forward.
