It has been 5 days and the Delhivery team responds once a day or not at all and the shipment has still not been picked. Worst experience I have ever had.

Absolutely terrible experience with Delhivery. There is no way to speak to a real human agent. For the past week, there have been zero pickups, yet every day the system shows a false update saying “shipper not available” even though we are present at our location with shipments ready. I really like this plugin. Our first few new orders are really good on time and this is way better than Shiprocket, we just moved out of that and moved in here. The sorting Hub is also sorting things and delivering the right things unlike other players in the market
