Cin7 x Shopify Order routing is lacking in logic. Sales Orders from Shopify -> Cin7 cannot map on Shopify Inventory location, only Sales Channel. Do not consider Cin 7. We have been punished by them for the last 5 years. Cin 7 will randomly perform updates that will disrupt your other connections. Their technical support and customer service is non-existent and they take weeks to respond to urgent support emails.
