My experience with the loyalty app has been excellent The support team was very responsive and helpful, and Tanveer in particular was outstanding. She assisted me a lot with setting everything up and resolving all the issues quickly and professionally. Overall, the service is easy to use and very useful for improving customer engagement. Highly recommended

The support is amazing, they fixed the full application for me, and they were fast and accurate, really recommending the application. I faced an issue as well during the setup, and they fixed it within minutes for me. Very excellent customer service and support. I am so excited to start using the application and looking for other apps under CASA as well to implement them in my store.

Tanveer walked me throuugh all my questions and did a great job , im not computer savvy and im learning in my old age lol and her patience was very refreshing thanks
