While rudimentary, we appreciate having a fee-free way (using Shopify Balance as our account) to pay our vendors. It takes awhile to process, but it does the job. The only real critique is that I have to coach some vendors to try using a different browser to set up their bank details the first time. Customer support is difficult to get a hold of, the transfers take far longer than any other service I've used, and the money that they fumbled is being returned via check in the mail. Horrible.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Shopify Plus support team does nothing to help over 1 month now after an issue with the bill pay app not allowing us to continue paying bills.

Shopify has not given my company a payout in almost 90 days. I have no response from accounting department. The only way to get any type of customer service is through chat. I have "chatted" with 5 different people and have gotten no where!

Awful service, what a huge waste of time! Days and days without a response, and then no explanation as to why the service won't work. Going out of my mind trying to get vendors paid, STAY AWAY!

Does anyone know a trick for the "download report" it does not work

If you want to deal with no way to contact anyone, no support, missing funds, people who dont respond to emails for weeks, talk in circles, then this app is for you.
