This is a great app other than it needs a better admin area to see a record of the answers as well as what product page it comes from. This can be out of control if you have over 100 products that need answering. Be sure to keep track of all the question links or they will be lost. The email notifications are not 100% either. Will give a 5 star if this changes...

Highly recommended app! Places the ask a question button on all product pages and, when clicked, seamlessly scrolls down and opens up the ask a question entry screen.
