Aramex ‑ shipping app

Very poor support using this app. The links connecting to shopify keep breaking, there is very poor error messaging, and no way to figure out what to fix next. There is no live chat support or no one you can reach out to for solutions except try and try and try to the point of frustration. alternatively you can uninstall and re-install hoping that works but all to no avail - a lot of time waste wi…

Most disappointed as the app does not prepare invoice with HS code, which is a requirement for ARAMEX. We ended up not using ARAMEX service nor the app. Hope this can be rectify soonest.

Negative. No support. App won’t work in Shopify store.

look cheap and unprofessional, and they have glitches and errors. The customer service is also awful, they are unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I have a question or issue. I do not recommend this app and stay away from Aramex. I give it 1 star

as others said, once you created the label the order completely disappears from the app so there is no way to check the shipment. Looks like you paid someone pennies to make this app.

App works, you do need carrier calculated rates on your plan for live rates at checkout. also need a aramex account
