I get tons of questions about our custom portraits - sizing, turnaround times, background options. Before Vocify, I was constantly answering the same questions via chat or email. Now the AI voice assistant handles most of these inquiries instantly! Customers love being able to just ask 'How long does it take?' and get an immediate voice response. Simple to install and fun to try. It answers basic customer questions so I don't have to. Looking forward to using it more.
Tried it during checkout. The voice reply helped answer doubts and reduced drop-offs. Nice little tool.
Tested on the product page. It responds well to common questions without any extra setup. Works nicely so far.
It answers "Do you take PayPal?" and "When will this ship?" without me jumping in. Elevenlabs part might be tricky.
